This webinar, we will be looking at the errors HR professionals make while implementing the Kirkpatrick Learning Evaluation Model.
The Kirkpatrick Model – which was developed by Donald Kirkpatrick in 1955 for his Ph.D. dissertation – is one of the most commonly used methods to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
Every organisation that implements a learning program to help their employees develop/update their knowledge or skills would like to know the effectiveness of said learning program. The Kirkpatrick Model is the best model for identifying learning outcomes and ROI.
Although this an effective model, wrongful implementation can lead to flawed results, which can be detrimental to the learning program.
