Dr.Vasuki Mathivanan, PhD.

Counselling Psychologist

Dr. Mathivanan, founder of Explore Counselling-a company with a  motto “hopeless to hopeful”, has obtained her PhD degree in Psychology from Madras University. She has exposure in the field of teaching, counselling, training, research guidance and Psychometric Assessment for about 20 years in diversified work environments. She associates with some of the leading Corporates in Chennai as a visiting Consultant. She is the first ACA (Australian Counselling Association) certified Supervisor in India.  She conducts ACA approved “supervisor training” prog exclusively for Managers and Team leaders of Corporates. Her Publications include co-edited books, research articles and case studies. She has also presented papers in International and National Conferences. She conducts regular workshops for corporates and Academic Institutes.  She has conducted awareness sessions and seminars on various topics in countries like UK, Malaysia, Australia, DOHA and Sri Lanka. Currently, she is the President of Chennai Counsellors’ Foundation-A forum for Mental Health Professionals.
