Shashir has worked in various capacities of business development and consulting in Pearson TalentLens and other talent management organizations. The experience of working extensively in the assessment and talent management space has seen him work with more than 100+ organizations across industries in designing and developing effective and innovative assessment related strategies for recruitment and talent management.
Mr. Shetty is a seasoned speaker and has been a part of various HR summits. His expertise lies in his ability to integrate an outsider’s view with his diverse experience of working with the HR fraternity across industries, in addressing the current HR challenges.
Matt Pietsch is the Chief Sales Officer for Talview, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the HCM space, building and leading sales organizations for some of the world’s leading companies in the space.
As the process for how companies attract, screen and select people has dramatically shifted to more efficient and effective means, he has recognized that automation and providing clearly defined solutions for customers are paramount.
