Job Description for Technical Support Versant API

Responsibilities –

  • Help in developing APIs for Versant Integration with other ATS
  • Ensure all SLAs are met with strict adherence to SOPs 
  • Gather, report and communicate customers’ requirement and feedback on the Integration process
  • Drive the key Vendors and Partners to ensure the delivery of services
  • Serve as the link of communication between Clients, Internal teams and Partners for Integration processes
  • Structured Meetings with Clients at different Levels
  • Create reports for the Leadership Team and Clients

Requirements –

  • Proven Experience in building APIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Problem-solving, ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

Experience –

Between 2 – 6 years, preferably in an ATS, LMS, HRIS, HCM, TMS, Assessment company’s Engineering Team

Education –

 Engineering in IT or CS
