Job Description for Technical Support Versant API
Responsibilities –
- Help in developing APIs for Versant Integration with other ATS
- Ensure all SLAs are met with strict adherence to SOPs
- Gather, report and communicate customers’ requirement and feedback on the Integration process
- Drive the key Vendors and Partners to ensure the delivery of services
- Serve as the link of communication between Clients, Internal teams and Partners for Integration processes
- Structured Meetings with Clients at different Levels
- Create reports for the Leadership Team and Clients
Requirements –
- Proven Experience in building APIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Problem-solving, ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Experience –
Between 2 – 6 years, preferably in an ATS, LMS, HRIS, HCM, TMS, Assessment company’s Engineering Team
Education –
Engineering in IT or CS
