The job of a recruiter is a difficult one as he/she needs to be constantly updating themselves as the world is changing at a rapid pace now more than ever before. The recruitment methods used by employers 100 years ago remained more or less unchanged for 70 years until the advent of computers and the internet 30 years ago.
